HS 811 TOFD flaw detector

The HS 811 TOFD detector is a special ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction detection equipment upgraded on the basis of the original HS810. It has achieved more expansion on the basis of inheriting the stable, simple and practical characteristics of the HS810.

 

→ The receiving / transmitting channel is extended from supporting 3 groups of TOFD probes to supporting 6 groups of TOFD probes to collect data at the same time, so that the maximum coverage thickness of one scan is increased to 400mm, and the combination of multiple scan modes can be realized

→ New appearance design is adopted, and the weight of the whole machine is less than 2kg

→ It adopts industrial grade 7-inch color capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 800×480, which can be clearly visible under low brightness or strong light

→ Upgraded to a new USB3.0 interface, with stronger data transmission capabilities, and fully compatible with various USB external devices

→ Added HDMI high-definition video interface, which is more suitable for external monitoring or teaching use occasions

→ The new high-speed dual-band wireless network module and 4G module can realize wireless data transmission and real-time monitoring in various ways, and can support mobile terminals such as PC, tablet and mobile phone

→ Compatible with various accessories of HS810

→ The filter bandwidth can be adjusted in multiple files, and the maximum bandwidth can be increased to 0.5~30M, which perfectly matches the requirements of high-frequency flaw detection

→ The dynamic adjustment range increased to 120dB

→ Instrument software: equiped with SAFT function, Lateral wave Straighten and Removal function

→ Off-line analysis software: equipped with SAFT (Synthetic Aperture Focus) processing function, equipped with the same screen contrast display function before and after image processing, which also equipped with the function of directly converting TOFD images into BMP bitmaps

→ Offline record analysis: recovery and playback of A-scan waveform recorded during scanning; Statistical analysis of defect size and height/ depth / amplitude data; Record conversion to ASCII / msword / MS Excel format report
